if i use a lil izzy do i still need a bb would like to do away with some power cords. i use either a nv1000 or 75 twin with jbls? thanks for any help.

People who have both USE both. I'm not convinced any of us NEED a SGBB or Izzy, but they both improve the sound.

I have both, sometimes I use them both, other times, not. It all depends on the sound I am getting at a gig.
If you are not aware of it, the variable Z tone control on the BB ceases to work if you run the Izzy in front of it. Not a major problem, you just EQ at the amp or on your guitar if it has a tone control. |
