Evans preamp question

Would an Evans ESPA rack mount Steel Guitar Instrument Preamp #18044 be a compatable match with a Peavy DPC 750 Power Amp and a Lexicon MPX1?

I know the HVRP would work but can't locate one.
I was not sure about the ESPA # 18044. Thanks again, H. P.
