ShoBud 70's model Pro II Custom E9th--
new kind of strings installed - when I tune the 6th string with pedal B down it then raises the open tuning (not enough slack someplace) I've tried loosening the allen screw where the rod goes through the bracket so there is slack there and the same thing happens all over again. that pedal also raises the 3rd string and it's fine. Should I loosen the pedal travel stop set screw to allow the pedal to travel more then loosen the collar on the third string and adjust if necessary ? The whole problem is based on the fact that when 6th string is tuned open the pedal won't raise it enough to tune pedal down without raising it open. Thanks for any help . Bill Myrick
