Years ago when I had even less sense than I do now, I stripped ALL the parts from the C6 neck on my D10 ZB - I wanted a padded deck to lean on, so Gordon Huntley obliged me!
I gave all the extra pedals, the changer and the pick-up - along with all the rods - to Gerry Hogan for his music shop in Newbury; if you find you're short of anything, he may be able to help. Call him (or Patrick Hogan) at Hogan Music - 01635-37868 - maybe they didn't trash it all!
