StroboStomp Before Or After Your Volume Pedal?

I have a Stage One volume pedal and a Stage One guitar.

I notice a difference in tone if I use my StromboStomp before or after my VP. Before the VP is a bit rounder, after the VP is a bit brighter. I have my StroboStomp in buffered mode, which is default.

Just curious what you other StroboStomp users are doing.

Alex I use Telonics VP's which have a tuner out, so I always connect my HD to that output jack.
