Hi Pickers,

I have an old Conn Strobotuner that is not reliable on tuning. The dial sometimes will not settle down in one position. Anyone out there knows where I can get this thing repaired.

Yes, Peterson repairs the old Conns. Check here: www.petersontuners.com Look under support/warranty repairs and there is an address to send Conn tuners for repair.
[This message was edited by Earl Foote on 21 January 2003 at 10:39 AM.]

Hi Dale glad to see you here on the forum.

For those who do not know Dale he is one great steel player from Oregon. Had him work with me one time and I played rythum guitar and sang most of the songs. A friend came into the club and sat in, I told the crowd he was playing down the street and to drop in and see him sometime. They tried to fire us on the spot, but no band would get up at midnight and pack their gear down to the club so we finished the night out and went home. Oh the joy of those smokey bar gigs.

Dale-Peterson is just a hop, skip, and a jump away from me-I just dropped by there the other day to get their latest brouchures-they make some neat stuff-I own a few of their older units so I inquired and was told that their labor rate for repairs is $45 hour
