What is this?

There's a Sho-Bud on Ebay (Click Here) that looks like it was set up to be played standing up. Has anybody seen anything like it? Does it have knee levers?

I don't think the seller is a player as he has the legs extended which forces the pedal bar up the legs. If you look at the next to the bottom picture you can see the legs collapsed in the case. You can also see that this is a six pedal and no knee lever guitar, and only the first three pedals are hooked up.

Some guy (forgot his name) in the rock band "Yes" had a ShoBud set up this way. Maybe this is it. Image

Don Worden, who played steel with Porter Waggoner for many years, played standing up.

This is a Pro 1 that they have just extended the legs.I have had this type guitar in the past.I got one some time ago with 5 knees and 1 pedal. Came direct from Sho-Bud.I talk to hundreds of Sho-Bud owners and you can't believe some of the setups.Ed Naylor Steel Guitar Works.

That's a pretty little filly!

David: That was Steve Howe from YES who used to set up his PSG like this in the '70's. Quite a sight to see him with his Tele around his neck and his leg bent up there to reach the pedals! Crazy English people! Image

He used a Pro II though so this isn't his guitar.

Thanks Greg, I knew it couldn't be but had to throw that in there. Very sharp looking.
