Starting noticing 9 acting erratically slow etc. Tried to reinstall without success. Microsoft says I have the latest up grade. Tried their online app to check the problem it installed explorer 7. I thought well this will be good maybe now I can install 9. when I went back to the microsoft site it still shows 9 as being installed. What do I do other than Mozilla or some other browser?

Thanks

Tom

I have Internet Explorer 11 on my Windows 7 box. I only use it to test website layouts that tend to break on Microsoft browsers. My primary browser is Firefox, with Google chrome as a secondary.

So, what version of Windows are you running, that doesn't offer IE 11?

Sorry, forgot to mention that I was using Vista. I finally was able to get the reinstall to work by using the command line cmd prompt. I now am using Mozilla and Chrome in addition to Explorer 9. Thanks very much for the reply.
