There's a few guys on eBay who make them. They're cheap, but not very nice. If you just need something to do the job it'll do. Coastline amps I think

A Bassman head cab from that era should work (When I purchased my '67 Twin head it was mounted in one of those cabs). Should fit perfectly with only one problem; if the reverb tank is mounted in the bottom, it will be situated to close to the transformer resulting in an audible hum.

Also the Showman and Dual Showman head cabinets fit the Twin Reverb chassis. As mentioned, you need the tall version if you want to keep the reverb inside the head.
If you can find a short non-reverb Showman head, you can always mount your reverb pan inside the speaker cabinet.

Showman head cab

Hello,
I've got a '64 showman head cab, but
it's only 6 1/4 high inside, so you may
have to do the "inside the speaker cab"
thing with it, like he said.
It will cost more than home made (Pre CBS, etc.,) but you can always flip it later, when you get the right shop made cab.
Thanks,
Steve
