Well it was bound to happen. After 30 yrs my L'il Izzy (purchased in 1984) is on the fritz. The hot wire to the 9V battery connector broke off. It's the end that inserts into the potting goo.
I asked Craig (Baker) for any repair tips and he told me to just send the unit back to him and he'd fix it free-of-charge.
30 yrs and prompt service. You can't beat that for "standing behind your product".
Kudos to Craig Baker. |

Whenever I see an ad in a paper or the yellow pages that says "We provide quality repairs at reasonable prices, and great customer service" I say to myself. . . "Well I should hope so"!!! Your comments are all very kind and greatly appreciated, but excellent products and good customer service shouldn't be remarkable, they should be expected.
In fact, I got the Idea from watching people like Brad Sarno.
Again, thank you so much for your kind words.
