Hello,

First post! I'm the Neophyte of Neophytes. Now dont all groan ;')

I've recently aquired a Sho-Bud 10 string, model s(?)152 serial 10452. 3 pedals, one knee.

I dont know how to play - at all. But that will be the subject of a different string (now dont all groan!) I was seeing what the pedals *did* and I guess I stepped on the middle one a bit too hard and it snapped somewhere underneath the body.

I found it's the part that the rod hooks into. Broke the weld connecting this to the round piece, that conveys the pull to this trapese lookin thing a ways over.

I dont want to try to re-weld this myself, cause I'll get it at the wrong angle for sure. I'm confident that I can take it apart and put it back together.

Should I have this piece repaired? Should I look for a replacement? Who would have this part or be able to do the work? I live in the pacific northwest (Tacoma area) if, by chance, there's someone here. Otherwise, I dont mind shipping the two pieces anywhere!

Thanks ahead for any help with my little problem!
