LeGarrit pedal steel

Had one at the house today.. a fellow John Miller owns it,,
It was an SD 10.. I was mightily impressed.. The undercarriage was sort of overbuilt, and more solid than just about anything you could imagine, in a modern pedal steel guitar.. Parts were massive, and ultra rugged, if not high tech.
It played beautifully, had great sustain was easy to work on, and judging by the ultra short and soft throw on full tone lowers, had a VERY well designed changer.. Plus the guy got it dirt cheap.. Not slick and pretty, or high tech and refined, but a very nice, dependable , common sense steel guitar, that came in the coolest case I have ever seen on any steel anywhere.. I would grab one of these in a second, if I could get one as cheap as John did... bob
