The A9 you are referring to is basically what we used to call a "Bass Tuning". Just remember that anytime you switch from a plain string to a wound, you have to change the leverage of the under-carriage by moving the pedal rod to a different hole/slot in the crosshaft bellcrank which corresponds to the string which is being pulled. It's also possible that you might have to adjust the height of your pickup, just a little. Everything else should work fine and sound weird!~~W.C.~~<FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by Wayne Cox on 04 November 2002 at 04:25 PM.]</p></FONT>
