1201-4 Neo mag? Fender Duel Showman Face Plate/

I have a Peavey 1201-4 speaker. Is there a Neo Mag replacement for the standard mag?

Also, got an opportunity to pick up a Duel Showman silver head with reverb in good condition. Would like to get a new faceplate. Are they available.
