Is that steel man playing a BIGSBY?

I recognize the fiddle player on the right or toward the middle of the photo as BIG RED.........

Al Talley. In my copy of the same photo the drum kit is on fire, or Hank Thompson's Thompson.

Does look like Albert in last picture of Chris's but the one with Leon doesn't look like Albert. Looks like same guitar though.

Leon? My photo states that is Hank Thompson at Panther Hall. Billy Thompson at Golden Nugget

Am correcting:

I found the same photo at Panther Hall in my copy of Leon Rausch's book. See my post below.

Yes, I just found the photo in my Leon Rausch book. Leon Rausch, Voice of the Texas Playboys.
Cowtown Jamboree, Panther Hall 1965
L-R
Merle David, Fiddle
Johnny Manson, Fiddle
Jim Belken Sax
Leon Rausch, guitar and vocals
Bob McBay, Drums
Charlie Meeks, guitar
Albert Talley, steel

In other photos 1965 Panther Hall pics, Rausch is playing the bass. It looks like Meeks and Rausch switched in this photo.

Al's Bigsby was originally made for Pee Wee Whitewing, someone in Texas did the pedal conversion on it.

I do believe the bass player in the Billy Thompson picture is Curtis Potter. I could be wrong but don't think I am.

When I first saw Hank, the band was Billy T., little Hugo on drums, Curtis, Bert Rivera, and Keith Coleman and Curly Lewis on fiddles. Great band!

At Panther Hall, it's the Texas Playboy Band with Rausch.

The Billy Thompson band has Curtis Potter on bass, Billy Gold on drums, Billy Thompson on guitar, Dale Wilson on fiddle and Merle David on fiddle, and me on steel. Both were great bands to play with, and the Bigsby was a great guitar.
