Thanks Alvin for the kind words...I have been blessed to have had a very cool career playing steel guitar.....from Ian Tyson with the Great Speckled Bird, way ahead of its time and country rock in the 70's.....we backed so many great Nashville artist on the TV show.....then Gord Lightfoot was not your traditional steel playing.....played with for 16 years and recorded all his great songs over the years..honoured to win CCMA Steel Player of the Year in 2011-2013.....and so many more Canadian Country Artists I worked with over the years...now the swing band.... Www.thewesternswingauthority.com inspired by the Timejumpers....won International award...up for Ameripolitan Music Award in top 5 next week in Austin, Texas.....it's such great music and so thankful to all my heroes...Lyoyd Green, Buddy Emmons, Paul Franklin...and so many more ...thanks for all you've taught me.....appreciate the nice comment again Alvin....let's keep this great music and the steel guitar strong and alive....Ed. Ps my stage name was Peewee Charles....and the Edward comes from when I first joined the AFM so many years ago...lol. All the best.....
