Cracking Knuckles

Does anyone else have this problem...? After holding the bar for a period of time while playing, the joints in the fingers of my left hand drift out a little and need to be popped back. I have to quickly pick my hand up (leaving the bar behind on the strings), roll my hand into a fist and uncurl it (crackle!), then grab the bar and keep playing. I'm not a knuckle cracker normally, but my fingers start driving me nuts if I don't occasionally make this little adjustment. And it doesn't always fit into a pause in the music. (It doesn't make a very good percussion instrument, either.) Image

Yes....knuckles...wrist...elbows....and hand cramps for me.....But it's getting better as the circulation has been bad and is being corrected through Chiropractic.....

For me it's cramps in my right hand. I have to use my left hand to pull 'em back straight. Ain't it he!! getting old?

I would sometimes get like a cramp in my left palm if I played a lot. I changed to a larger diameter bar(1 1/16 )and haven't had that happen since.
