A cent is 1/100 of a semitone, so most folks would tune their G#s to around 8 cents flat, their Bs a titch sharp, et c.
Most tuners have dials demarcated (marked) in cents, few tuners have that silly Hertz scale (sorry, YOU CANNOT TUNE AN E TO 442. THEN IT'S AN A. Unless your B is 660) anymore. The semantics of Hertz tuning are so incredibly odious that I rejected them as soon as I understood them.
(And people STILL think I have reasoned and mature opinions.)
BTW, welcome to the forum, welcome to the steel guitar.
Also, Buddy Emmons tunes his to straight up.

This older Forum Post probably comes closest to answering the question asked.

If you will notice the Hertz to Cents Chart a few posts down, you can get a visual of all the technical jargon.

Whatever happened to Jeddadia Hertz anyway? Was he the guy that killed little Minnie Cycle. Any others here live through that murder?
