That slippery lick from Hello Trouble

Jeff Lampert started a great thread about the licks from Panama Red and Hello Trouble and Larry Bell posted some 1/2 speed mp3 files of the solos.

In the middle of the Hello Trouble solo where JD starts off on the C chord again it sounds as if he's doing something similar to the following all 16th notes G A B B B B C D E

<font face="monospace" size="3"><pre>
1 ------------------------------------
2 ------------------------------------
3 ------------------------------------
4 ------------------------------------
5 ----------------------------15 ~ 15A
6 -------11~13~15 15 15 15~15b -------
7 ------------------------------------
8 ------------------------------------
9 ------------------------------------
10------------------------------------
</pre></font>

I think it's played like this with really rapid slides on the 6th string that sound like pedals, anyone else hear this?<FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by Robert Todd on 24 May 2002 at 08:56 AM.]</p></FONT>

My guess is that it will sound a lot closer with knee-lever F#-G# on 7th string and 3 quick steps on the B-pedal. Without the F#-G# change the solo causes even more trouble trying to play it right.

I could not find these with the forum's search facility. Are they still available?<FONT SIZE=1 COLOR="#8e236b"><p align=CENTER>[This message was edited by Peter on 25 May 2002 at 02:55 AM.]</p></FONT>
