That is a beautiful guitar. But one thing has me puzzled, why would you go to all that trouble for 7 string necks?

Iv'e been asked why I made a 7 string steel instead of an 8 string.Answer.ionly use 7 strings.6 is not enough and 8 is one more than I need.

Why stop at eight strings ? How about 9 strings. Personally I prefer nine. But it's not for sale. Jerry Byrd was a seven string player.
