Excellent steel guitar, Doug. This and your "so rare"
are really great. Always look forward to anything you do.

Hi Bosse, the song "lays out" better on A6 IMO. It's a matter of intervals. With A6, the full (3 note) major chord is on the top 3 strings, with the 5th of the chord on top. That seems to work well for this song. Have a great 2014!
Thanks, Bryce, much appreciated.

Thanks Allen. Yes, this song will be in the new book. I was planning to do an all-Hawaiian book/CD this time, but I've decided to do a mix of Hawaiian, classic Country, and 50s pop, much like the other books I've done. Three tunings, A6, C6, B11. Probably 12 to 15 songs. It will take a few months to do though. The tablature is no problem. I can do a song in TablEdit in about 20 minutes. It's the recordings that take me forever to complete.

re new book - great news, I'm in!
Personally speaking, I'd prefer a mixture of numbers as per your other books.
Looking forward to it.
