What kind of steel guitar is this?

Nice playing, but I've never seen a guitar like this before. Note the position of the tuners.
Anyone know what kind of guitar this is?

If my Spanish is correct, I think he designed and built that guitar himself. At least, that's what it appears to say in the description of one of his other videos.

The design ,putting the tuners in the body has been around for quite awhile. Traveller guitars out of CA have been using that idea on standard guitars for years. This is the first steel I have seen like that tho. That guitar would fit under the seat on a plane. Great idea!

For clarity's sake; The player, Junior Dornelas, is credited with the build.
