Need a diagram for a bank switch far and Emmons guitar

Anyone have a diagram. For wiring the three position switch on and Emmons guitar? It is a Lashley, Legrand would appreciate any help anyone can provide. I have one somewhere but can't seem to find it, thanks for any help.

Willie,
I don't have a diagram, but it is easy.

Hot wire from each pickup goes on each end and grounds go in center, it is a 3 position switch, so straight up will operate both necks.
