Not well recorded here but he was a big part of there sound. Not too many experience rock & roll stardom at around age 40 like Huntley did.

B.J. Cole, Gerry Hogan, Pete Haywood and Gordon Huntley are the only steel players I know of that played on British records in the seventies. There were quite many groups going for that "Country Rock sound": Home, Jack The Lad, and later Kursaal Flyers, I forgot the name of the steel player.
Maybe some forum members from the UK can tell us more?
