NEED FORUMITES help!

A great steel player that I've never been able to identify seems to have slid into total obscurity. I'm seeking the help of all of you loyal Forumites.

He recorded regularly with Dewey Price on KING Label at the same time Jimmie Osborne, Clyde Moody, Hawkshaw Hawkins,Red Perkins and others were recording on KING.

He did some of the closest playing to the sounds of Jerry Byrd as anyone I've ever heard, both solo's and back-up altho' he was noticeably more trebly sounding.

Looking for some help in this matter. Smile
