Thank you Dennis for inviting me to your Hastings jam. I really loved the way all of the musicians put their hearts into making the great music for us to enjoy. When Lefty was doing his set, Barb, his wife, came up and sang a couple of songs with her lovely voice. What a treat! George McCullen and Lefty both play Williams guitars - they both had killer tone. Lefty a few wekks ago took delivery of a brand new Williams. Bill Lane did an awesome set on a guitar that he made. Jerry Dube - the man with the touch - he did some difficult tunes with killer chords on E9th - Crying & Unforgettable. Good work Dube! To the band - you did an excellent job backing us all up. What a suprise when the drummer starting Danny Boy with his great tenor voice.
God bless all of you -
Bob

Hastings was a great jam! Barb and I appreciate being invited to participate. We heard lots of great picking from Bob Anderson, Jerry Dube, Bill Lane, and George (macdo) McLellan. It's always a treat to be w/ such great friends and musicians! We echo Bob's comments about the great backup band--Dave, Dan, and Steve were absolutely superb! ...lefty & barb
