Just wanted to invite everyone out to Chubby Howard's 16th Annual Steel Guitar Jamboree. It will be at the Fairborn Eagles, 509 Sports St. Fairborn, OH. on October the 6th 2013 from 10:00 AM till whenever everyone is done. The players list will include the amazing Joe Wright, Mike Sigler, Wayne Hobbs, of course Chubby Howard, Chris Castle, Rusty Rhodes, Kenny Holycross and Phil Perry. Singers will include Tony Howard, Wyatt McCubbin, Phyllis Moyer, Landon Williams,and Mike O'Hara. all backed up by one of the best backup bands around. Just wanted everyone to know that we will be playing Saturday the night before the steel show from 8 to 12 . We will have Donnie Elkins on Bass , Mr. T Haynes on Lead Guitar, The great Gary Lee on Drums. The one and only Mr. Greg Wisecup on Steel Guitar. There will be lots of surprises that night. Lonnie Coots On Lead Guitar, Chris Castle on Steel Guitar, Rusty Rhoads on Steel Guitar, Joe Wright on Steel Guitar, Mike Sweeney on Steel Guitar. Two mo weeks!

Hello everyone!

After a bit of uncertainty I am happy to say that i will be at Chubby's show again this year. My good friend Chubby always invites me up and I love playing his show. I will also be playing saturday night with the guys (listed above) and if it is anything like it was last year --- you DON'T want to miss it!!!

I am now in Radiology at Morehead State Uiversity and have a rigorous class shedule right now. So I will be playing EARLY in the show ths year so I can make the 4 hour trip home and then hit the road by 8a.m. monday for an hour and 40 minute drive to college.

If you haven't heard, I am a newlywed now as of May 11. So please stop by and say hello to my lovely wife Ashley while we are there!

Just to clear up a bit of confusion, The working Man Band featuring Tony Howard will be playing at the Fairborn Eagles Saturday night Oct. 5. the night before the big steel show. There are several guests that are invited and will be joining the band that night IF they get to town in time. Those guest are Chris Castle, Rusty Rhoads, Joe Wright, Lonnie Coots, and of course Mike Sweeney! This promises to be a huge night for steel guitar and great country music. If your coming to the show Sunday, you definitely want to try to come Saturday night as well. We'll see you then.
