Although its played on a pedal steel, it appears she is playing it mainly as a non-pedal (Except at the very end where she bends the knee lever with her arm) Enjoy.

I saw her play Steel Guitar Rag live a couple of years before that video was recorded, and I was definitely impressed! She had tons of energy and confidence. She had a big band, and during a medley of instrumentals she played every instrument on stage!
