I'm not sure who did the steel work on John Mayer's new cd. There is one song on there that is just downright Country! WOW! Also, some nice slide (almost sacred steel) work too. No doubt John is a tremendous musician. It doesn't surprise me that he has a respect for steel guitar! Very Happy Very Happy Very Happy

It was Paul Franklin, playing steel on that track. John Mayer's new album is just high class. Check out his brilliant interpretation of "Call Me The Breeze"!
