"Love's Routine" Steeler?

This came out recently... I saw it on YT as an ad for Jamison's Irish Whisky, but it turns out to be not that at all... it's a competition run by Jamison that gives a screenwriter a 'first shot' at making a film... the film is charming, and suprising... and has wonderful non-pedal steel soundtrack! Sounds like a Rick or old Fender Pro to me... y'all be the judge... I'm bettin' that one of you good fellows had a hand in this.
