Christian Sheet Music

Piano Sheet Music for "Christ, or Else I Die".
I do know the guitar cords, I need the sheet music.
The writer was William Hammond and it was printed in the Gadsby Hymnal #737. Any help would be much appreciated.

I thought you were asking a trick question, by the way. There was no piano arrangement, or arrangement for any instrument, for Gadsby (is that his name?) music that was to be performed in Church. He did not believe it was appropriate.

That is the full extent of everything I know about Church music.
