| Great show, great crowd. This was without a doubt one of our best meetings. The players : Jody Sanders-D10 Pedalmaster, Jody Cameron-D10Emmons PP ans Mullen D10, Tommy Alexander-D10 Franklin, Danny Kirby-D10 Zum, Waymon Moore-D10 Shobud, Bobby Bowman- D10 Williams keyless. The Band : Billy Phelps-Guitar, Travis Cherry-Drums, Patty Phelps-Bass, John Patterson-Guitar, Fred Colonna-Guitar, Larry Schoppe-Bass. The vocalists : Fred Colonna, Larry Schoppe, Darla Cameron, Preston Brown, Kenny Kirby. The pickers , band, and vocalists were all outstanding. The teaching segment was on beginner speed picking. A special thanks to all the players, musicians, and those attending the meeting. A special thanks to Billy and Patty Phelps for all they do to make our club a success. No Sept. meeting due to Scotty's Int. Show in St. Louis. The next meeting will be the first Sun. in Oct. See you there. Jody, Billy,and Patty. Super great almost 4 hours of solid steel playing. Again what a turn out. Good friends, good steel, and a fun time by all.
Karen and I had a great time. See you all real soon.
Anyone who missed it this time should think again before passing up the OCT meeting. To all that are headed to St Louis have a safe and fun trip. Maybe next year for us.

| Would just like to say how much we appreciate Danny playing on the show and Kenny Kirby coming down from Austin to perform at our meeting. | I sure enjoyed pickin' with everybody. The welcome was warm and the band was great! I owe a special thanks Tommy Alexander for telling me about the show and Jody for responding to my email and inviting me. My son Kenny really enjoyed singing. He laughed and said Dad I never had so many steels backing me up before. See ya in October. We're headed to the convention. |

Jody, it was a great time! Thanks to Billy and Patti for the Church facilities and the great job they did with the band.
It was great fun with Jody C.,Doc Bowman,John Coffman,and what more can you say about Dan Kirby coming in as a first timer.
I'll miss the St. Louis show this year, but will be ready for the Dallas show in March.
Looking forward for the Katy show in October. Thanks again........ |

What a great time! A lot of good clean fun and friendship. Thanks so much Billy, Patti and Jody for all that ya'll do.
I'd like to say a special welcome to Dan Kirby and Waymon Moore - great to have you guys with us. Also, Tommy A. did a wonderful job on "My Window Faces the South"....he was dug in and bearing down on that one, Ha! Glad you came Tommy.

Jody Cameron, you are so nice!! Actually after attemping to play and keep up with you on "Window faces South" and digging in, I should have dug a hole and fell in, or when facing south, that's where i should have headed.
But thanks for the nice words, and by the way the check is in the mail (ha-ha)

| Sure was nice to meet Little Miss Julia, the newest addition to the Jody and Darla Cameron family. Her big brother Aaron was also there and in rare form as usual. May GOD continue to bless and keep this family always. Love ya'll, Jody . |
