First of all the club wants to thank Roger Osbourn who has held the office of President for the past 4 yrs. Roger, the club wants to thank you for all your sacrifices and hard work you've put into the club. We all salute you!
The election went as follows:
President: Vance Monday
Vice-President: Vance Monday
Secretary: Vance Monday
Treasurer: Vance Monday
Public Relation: Vance Monday.
Sorry Vance but since you weren't at the meeting you got the job!
Ok I was just kidding. The fellows told me to do that. But at least I'm telling the true election today and not making you sweat! Ha Ha
President: LARRY GARRETT
Vice President: VANCE MONDAY
Treasurer: VIRGIL PITTMAN
Secretary: DONLEY HARRINGTON
Public Relation: NORMA JEAN
Congratulations everyone . We also gained a new member, Clifton Gabbard. Welcome aboard.
Hope all the members can make our August meeting which will still be at 304 S. Maxwell in Siloam Springs, Ar and put your input as to keep our club going. Remember it takes everyone. Don't worry, Roger is still going to be active in our club. He just needed some relaxation time.
The meetings are the second Sunday of the month 1:00 to 4:00 pm. |

Congratulations to the new officers! You've got some big shoes to fill but you can do it! We appreciate the opportunity to have ministered in the church services on Sunday morning the past few years. And if you want us to do it again, we'd be happy to do it. Just let us know!

Hi Norma,
I just read the list of new officers and about had the big one.. Thanks alot!!!
Sorry that we didn't make the meeting but were in Iowa doing the Nightsky opry Saturday night and couldn't get back in time.. I too would like to thank Roger for all he has done for the club and I'm sure Larry will be a great president. I'm not sure about the vice president though but I will give it my best. I think I can make the next meeting. We are scheduled to play both services in church on one Sunday in August so at worst, I may be a little late..See you all later. Vance, I'm sure you'll do a great job. Mike Spaeth said he would be willing to back you all up,( I think way back tho). No, I'm just kidding. Everyone is looking forward to continuing with the club and offering help in any way they can.
If you all get to go to the Branson Jam July 30th, I'll see you all there. |

I want to welcome the new officers, too. Congrats!!
I want to extend a special thankyou to Roger Osbourn, who, a short year & 1/2 ago, had enough faith in me as a newbie, to allow me to participate and play with such a fine steel club!! That's just the kind of guy that Roger is, helping everyone, even us newbies, who don't know "come here" from "sick 'em"!! Thanx Roger!! |

Congratulations to all the newly elected SSSGC officers. It looks like a great line up and I am sure they will carry on the great tradition of the association. Roger has made some great accomplishments and I applaud his leadership in taking the SSSGC to its present success. We are looking forward to seeing all of you in the near future. God Bless,
Wayne |

Roger did a great job and we appreciate him very much. This is a Team organization and everyone has to jump in there to get a job that big done and I'm sure that the new officers will do just that. Mitzi and I hope the club will keep on progressing good. I appreciate having been able to play there all these years. The people and everyone in the Club has been wonderful to us . Thank you so much.. Buck & Mitzi |

All I can say about being elected president is "What were y'all thinkin'"? Please be patient with me. Help!!!
Congratulations to Vance, our new vice president, and re-elected officers Donley, Virgil, and Norma Jean.
Thank you Roger for all your hard work.
Thanks to all our friends for your support and interest in the Siloam Springs club.
I want to encourage all our members to attend the meetings when possible and get involved. Bring some suggestions and ideas.
Non-members and visitors are always welcome too.
See you in August.
Larry
