My name is Rusty Wilson. Howard Tate played pedal steel guitar in my band, High Life from 2005 to 2008. As many of you know, Howard was called home in the fall of 2009. I think about him often, and I really miss him. He was a very active member here on the forum, and many of you have fond memories of him as well. I have more videos like this one that I plan to post over the coming months.
On a different note, I struck a deal with Howard's Wife, Charlene to buy Howard's 1996 Carter D-10 8x8. The guitar once belonged to Junior Knight, and Howard was very proud of that. I will be proud to know that it also once belonged to Howard Tate.
