Norton's Music Country Fake Book No. 13

Post by George Rout »

Has anybody tried any of the Norton Music fake book BIAB CD's and what are your comments?????

I'm particularly interested in No. 13 here:

http://www.nortonmusic.com/fake13.html

They give 3 playing examples, Abilene, All My Ex's, and By The Time I Get To Phoenix.

The Abilene track is not much more than a bass line to me. The other two are not bad.

There are 734 BIAB tunes on the disc or you can download the pkg and save shipping.

I have it & like it.. There are no intros or tags, but the basic format of the song is there, & can be modified to individual needs.. Saves a lot of work inputting chords..

Thanks Jolynyk. I've had BIAB since 2002. I really enjoy using it home when there is nobody on hand with whom to play. I call it "my house band". I have a few thousand tracks, and I belong to the World Wide BIAB Web Ring where the tracks are almost limitless.

Thanks for your comment.
