I agree whole heartedly that Peavy service is second to none!!!! I sent my Nashville 1000 in for service, and it came back sounding FABULOUS!! The tech was extremely easy to deal with, as were the office ladies that processed my payment

I second the motion!
I bought a non-functioning Session 400 and sent the head into Peavey. They got it up and running in short order and at a modest cost, excellent service.

Could a session 500 be fixed? Needs one pot I think.

Workin' on a Peavey.

I replaced the vol. Pot in my Session 400 Limited, myself for 5bucks. Pull the circuit board out, un-solder which ever pot is the trouble maker, solder in a new pot, and your good to go. It helps to have some soldering skills, but it's not real hard. It's more trouble pulling out the chassis, than replacing the pots. Good luck.

That's good to know. Everybody needs a Mike Brown in customer relations. Great guy, and WAY more helpful than he has to be.

I needed an amp schematic recently on a weekend and Mike sent it to me the next day. You can't beat that service and that's why I continue to use Peavey equipment.
