Lil' Red & The Cow Tippers

Post by Chuck Thompson »

Just getting a new band off the ground with some very good friends and musicians including my good buddy and steel guitar monster Dave Chockley and his girlfriend Sue Friend. Its a 7 pc classic country band that aims to present the songs as authentically as possible. Members of the band are:

Dave Chockley : Steel guitar and vocals
Sue Friend (Lil' Red): vocals
Wade Pitman: acustic guitar/lead guitar and vocals
Rodney Smith: Drums and vocals
Roger Adams: bass and vocals
Stephanie Lange: fiddle and vocals
yours truly: lead guitar

If you're on facebook please go to Lil' Red & The Cow Tippers https://www.facebook.com/?ref=logo#!/CowTippersBand and "like" us.

here is a sample of some of the songs

I love being in this project!! I've always wanted to be in a "big" country band with fiddle, female vocals, etc.... It's a wonderful time, they're all great players, and most importantly...Great people!! :D ..... Ray, I'd love to see & hear you again!!
