Mike,

I'm trying to order a copy, but after Step 1 of the checkout process (after I enter my shipping address), when I click on "Continue" I get a message that says "Not Found. Sorry, but you are looking for something that isn't here." The price of the book and the shipping charges are properly displayed on the left side of the screen, but the page is otherwise blank. The tab on my browser (Firefox 18.0.2) says "The links have been changed, please select from the menu above."

Is there a bug in the shopping cart or did I do something wrong?

Ordered it, Mike. Hope you won't be offended if I use it in G13 or Bb6 on my dobros.

Mike,

Your posts on music theory are always clear, concise and practical. And now we can get 100 pages of it! :whoa:

I am in Canada as well, and have always found that the most hassle free way of sending books up to here is good old U.S. Air Mail. Courier packages tend to get bogged down in Customs.

Soon as you can let us northerners know what you'll need for shipping, you'll have my order.

The shipping charges are built into the shopping cart interface. I had to update the costs, because it seems like I was undercharging for shipping severely. Doug Beaumier was right when he said the shipping charges have really increased. :\

Doug Beaumier was right when he said the shipping charges have really increased.
Shipping cost from the USA to Canada doubled last month (for small packages, large envelopes, etc). USA to Europe and other places increased about 30%. For USA shipping I use the post office flat rate envelopes. An 8 1/2" x 11" book with CD will fit into a 12-1/2" x 9-1/2" Priority flat rate envelope, same price anywhere in the USA.

I ordered mine last night. Really looking forward to getting my hands on it, in however many days or weeks it takes USPS and Canada Post for that to happen.

There will definitely be an eBook down the road, maybe in a month or 2.
