I was watching this video today and really loved the single note work (not that I didn't enjoy every part of it), and was wondering what kind of "note pockets" akin to the patterns C6 guys use a lot are lying around on the E9.

Check from about 45 seconds onward. Lots of really pretty and precise positional playing.

I to IV: @fret 7, A & B pedals, chord grip @ 5 6 7 descending, then up to fret 10 w/A & B pedals E lever, same chord grip with strings 1 & 7 ..., this is just a partial....now go fishing for the notes...

Bob, thank you for that confidence in my tabbing... I don't have time to do that right now, but it is going on my list of things I want to do. Milo, is incredable... And sure gives hacks like me something to think about.

Actually I didn't tab anything on this one, I just aligned what Gary Lee had already tabbed. He's the one that broke it out and tabbed it for us. I'll bet he does a pretty good job of playing it too...

I'd like to know what he is doing from that long slide up at :32. All that comp style stuff that follows for a couple bars. So cool, but not something I've learned yet.
