Anyone the steeler under the hat?

I've been trying to figure out who the steel player is in this video from the Brooks and Dunn Tribute show. It's dark back there and he's wearing a cowboy hat. There's no steel solo but I really like the fills and his sound in the mix is nice. Anyone?

Thanks guys! Gary Morse had crossed my mind because I kind of thought he wore a hat onstage. Sure is nice work behind Carrie on Neon Moon...one of my all time favorite songs.
