How odd it this? I left my homestate of Arizona, and more specifically Tucson in the year of 1900 and 68.

My Hawaiian trio got hired to play a grand re-opening of an old but completely restored tiki bar in Tucson called the Kon Tiki.

We're a 3 piece: me on '51 Fender T-8, stand up bass, and ukulele. We play vintage hapa-haole and Hawaiian tunes.

The gig's this Saturday April 22 at 9:00. The Kon Tiki is at 4625 East Broadway, Tucson AZ, 85711.

Hope to see those that can make it there.

(oh yeah, my aunt used to barmaid there in '64. How weird is this?)

Hey Kevin, sounds like a load of fun.

I worked with a singer, Chuck Multsby (had a band named Chuck Wagon and the Wheels) from Tucson. If you know him, and happen to see him tell him I said hi.

Knock'em dead and have a ball.
