Barry I like that one. No John I will play the D10 Professional, he does some stuff that is made for C6. I can do somethimngs like C6 on E9th but not full house and it is more work. I am really looking forward to this. Have not played with the big boys since Zeke Clements and Hank Locklin, and Dixie Echoes.
Mabe these old bones can still do it, keep it country.

Hi Stephen, sure did miss being with you all at Saluda, was going to come with Jack and Sandra, but as you work got hectic about then and we are finishing that big job I have been on.
This looks by all the signs to be a fun gig, thoses that have wrote said what a joy it is to work with David.
I tore off part of my first finger on the left hand at the first joint, but is is growing back well, and should be alright by the 22nd. Most of the pain is gone and can play again. Fight with a table saw.

Stay well and be ready for us at the next
Saluda. Will post pictures as Donna sujested of the big event.

Hey, Ernie.

They couldn't have picked a better steeler for this show -- maybe a prettier one but not a better one.

Your handsome buddy.

Hey Ernie,

I made a mistake once. I hope we didn't start a trend.

Update on the Update,
Well thanks to Nan I will eat crow.
This is a copy of the letter I wrote to Fred

Fred good to hear from you, I did not know people read what I write, lol. I was there at the hayride, zeke was quite a man, when I say him comming off stage that night he looked like a giant to a kid like me.19. I played with a very good groupe tonight I think we will stay together I was voted in as part of the groupe. He has a lot of paying jobs lined up. We are backing up David Frezzell, and Hank Williams Daughter, this i did not know untill tonight. We will do her part cold but all Hanks stuff is a piece of cake.
I was told this was at Wild Adventures Park but it is a Centinial Celebration in Madison Fl. My wife always gets messages wrong.
Also this is double duty, backing up both stars on the same day. To Madison Fl. it will be a big day.
I worked for Dawson Rutherford a contractor in Madison for 4 years doing, painting , Carpentry, and Electrical, whoever did not show up that day I did thier job. Madison is a nice town I liked working there. I will see I am sure lots of people I met there. They never knew I played music. I hope it is music.

Folks I had to back out of this one because of my day Job. No time to practice. I thought I was off for 2 weeks but this Job came in and it was to good to turn down. They say itt is not about the money, they are crazy, it is. This job will pay 10 times more.
