Inexpensive steel guitar flight case

I bought a Pedaltrain Pro pedalboard with the flightcase for around $240 new sometime back. The other day I noticed it is almost exactly the same dimensions as my Texas flightcase I had made for my Mullen D-10 for around $460. With minimal modifications, you could make that Pedaltrain case into a steel case for half the cost and sell the pedalboard if you wanted to offset the cost even more. By the way, the flightcase for the Pedaltrain is extremely heavy duty and comes with wheels built in. Just a thought.
