Had the pleasure of dining with, and then hearing Marty tonight here in Philly, where he is touring with Robert Earl Keen, as he has done now for 12 years. Marty's an outstanding musician: pedal and lap steel, dobro, and keyboard. Sounded great all night. Right in the pocket. I'll second that, very tasteful steel playing on the Robert Earl Keen stuff. Wish they would make it up to Canada or the west coast.
