There was nothing on tv tonight, and Netflix aired Neil Youngs Heart of Gold concert. They highlighted the great Ben Keith all through the concert, fantastic! I was never a big Neil Young fan, but I really enjoyed this movie/concert.

If you're not a big Neil Young fan then you might not have an interest in his autobiography which came out a few months ago, Waging Heavy Peace.

In reading the book, Neil's tremendous love and respect for Big Ben comes through loud and clear.

I saw the film on the big screen when it was first released I believe in 2006, and I thought it was great. Jonathan Demme did an outstanding job on that one.

I saw the movie in a theater, and I agree. Ben was great in it. Also, it was interesting to see that he doubles on marimba, as do I.
