Kudos to Jeff Surratt at Sho-Pro

I ordered some leg clips from Jeff, (He has taken over from George L,) and there is a slight mixup in the amount of money I was supposed to send him, which was entirely my fault. Jeff graciously said to forget about the money and is sending me the clips anyway.

I've only read about Sho Pro guitars and never seen one, so I can't comment on them. But I can confirm all the nice things that have been written about Jeff by others. He is truly as cool as everybody says he is.

I don't need (and can't afford) another guitar, but if I were in the market for one, after dealing with Jeff, even for such a trivial thing, I wouldn't hesitate to get a Sho-Pro.

This country would be a better place of there were more people like him.

I'll second that Mike...Jeff has trained with and worked for some of the best folks in this business and it shows now that he's in charge of his own operation.

Yes Mike I agree 100% and echo your comments. I've known Jeff for 20 years or so and he's always been a GREAT guy to deal with. Recently I've visited his shop a couple of times and his workmanship is 1st class... second to none!

Dittos on Jeff's professionalism. And being the extremely satisfied owner of a fantastic Show Pro guitar, I can attest to their quality, sound and playability. Definitely one of the best guitars I've ever owned.

I recently purchased a one of Jeff's, and at that period Duane's as well, first guitars...#0004. Love the guitar and hangin with Jeff in his shop is truly a steel musicians treat. Thanks Jeff for keeping the steel conversation alive and well.

I agree with everyone here. Jeff and Gloria are great people. The guitars great. Dealing and visiting with Jeff reminds me of the old Sho Bud days. The music community needs more people like Jeff.

I'm the proud owner of one of Jeff's fine instruments, a D10 Cat Bro, and am extremely satisfied with it..The craftsmanship is as good as it gets, and the finish is beautiful. It plays as smooth as silk and the tone suits me to a tee.. Can't ask for anything more.Although I've never met Jeff personally, any questions I've had were answered promptly and courteously, like we were old friends..He knows his stuff !! It's refreshing to know that we have people of his caliber and expertise in the steel guitar community...Kudos, Jeff...
