As most know when putting on a show this size it takes lots of year around work and a great deal of money. In addition to having vendors buy tables and demo rooms we have had several people mention they would like to help and some advertise but do not want a table.

This is how the sponsorship was established - the levels and advantages to you are as follows:

$5,000 Platinum Sponsor—Your name aligned with headliner artist; your name mentioned at mention of artist; full page color ad in show program; prominent video screen ad; emcee promotional announcements; 3’ X 6’ banner dis-played at show; your name at top of donor board; 12 months complimentary full-page newsletter ad; free brochure distribution; ten 3-day show passes.

$2,500 Gold Sponsor—Full-page color ad in show program; video screen ad; 2’ X 4’ banner; emcee promotional announcements; 12 months complimentary half-page newsletter ad; your name on donor board; eight 3-day show passes.

$1,000 Silver Sponsor—Full-page B&W ad in show program; video screen ad; emcee promotional announcements; 12 months complementary quarter-page newsletter ad; your name on donor board; four 3-day show passes.

$500 Bronze Sponsor—Half-page B&W ad in show program; video screen ad; your name on do-nor board; two 3-day show passes.

$100 “Steel” Sponsor—Your name on donor board and show pro-gram; one 3-day show pass.

As you can see there are many levels to help out the association with benefits to you, your business and more.

If you would like to get involved contact me.

Thanks

If you play the non-pedal room, again, I'd sure like to hear "Baby's in Black." Maybe a medly along the same genre?

Yes, just like last year, can't think of anything new so I'll try the same old songs but maybe with more notes since I got a new old guitar with more strings, and I put new strings and an improved tuning on it today.

Ernest - do a Dukes of Hazzard deal in the middle just for fun - just have fun that is the main thing.

George just come early and leave late - bring your steel we will have a jam in March (usually)

This show is getting better and better - this is our 10th and I keep getting phone calls and emails about how many people are coming.

The steel guitar session (called non pedal) is pickin up steam as well - we we will have at least 3 Haul of Famers - in addition to many of the same acts will be on the main stage.

Come join us - Our mission is to just have fun. :D
