Oh yeah babe(Emeril's favorite phrase), Martina McBride and band were guests of Emeril Lagasse tonight. Here is the remarkable thing...there were pictures of Wayne Dahl's hands and he was up in the mix like I've never heard on the Op'ry...I suggest they hire Emeril's soundman. Wayne (I hope that was him since I still can't recognize him) was playing a beautiful grey Carter and got an awesome tone. The band would play Emeril into a commercial break and back in to the show again....did a great job and her chick fiddle player laid some fine harmonies on Rose Garden...I hope y'all saw it.
