I wish we could be back home in Florida for the March bash. Brooksville is only a couple of hours from our house, and I sure would like to be there to see, hear and visit with those two great people. Unfortunately, we will be in the Memphis area while they are so near our home in Florida.

Russ, show them how "Bonaparte's Retreat" should REALLY be played.

Myron the place where I use to park my trucks is availible still. I even cleared out another 25 feet and there is a plug in off the pool house.I guess that means you guys are RVing it again. The Lodge is excited about the show and will start advirtising in January...This is a total open to the public show, a spacious hall w/stage.

That show will feature the 'Hicks Brothers Band plus Laney' with Roger on piano and vocals, David on bass, Jim Hartley Hicks on drums, and Bob Strickland Hicks on guitar....this same group did a show in W. Va. Thanksgiving week-end and we had such a large time we're gonna 'take it on the road' and see what happens.
After Joe's gig there in Fla. Laney and I are going to San Antonio and hang out until the Dallas show the following week-end; then on to Craig Davidson's show in Wisconsin the next week-end. Sounds like a large time to me; also sounds like a lot of driving....Laney's lucky I'm such great company on the road. Image
