Met with the Hotel Staff this week and even though we presently have almost 1000 room nights booked space appears to be no problem. Should the Harvey DFW fill up, The Harvey also has another unit called the Harvey Suites which is within walking distance. They also have a shuttle service. Same room rates of $68 apply.

I booked in at the Red Roof inn across the street. Half the price and plenty of rooms!
